2. Privacy policy

Data controller: Zentro Consulting LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, email info@zentroconsulting.es.

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit the Site or contact us, why we process it and what rights you have.

What data we process and how we obtain it

  • Contact details and your inquiry. When you email us (for example, through the contact button on the Site), we process your name, email address, company if you provide it and the content of your message. You provide this data directly.
  • Technical browsing data. The Site is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (United States). Like any web server, Vercel automatically logs technical connection data (IP address, browser and device type, date and time, pages requested) to provide the service and ensure security. Zentro Consulting LLC does not combine this data with your identity.
  • Language preference. If you use the language switcher, we store your choice in a technical cookie on your device. We do not link it to your identity. See the cookie policy for details.
  • Web fonts. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When the page is displayed, your browser connects to Google's servers and transmits your IP address. Google does not set cookies through this service. See Google's privacy policy for more information.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling your inquiry, preparing a proposal and, where applicable, managing the contractual relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and performance of the contract; beyond that, your consent, given when you write to us.
  • Maintaining and protecting the Site (technical data). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the service.
  • Complying with legal obligations (accounting, tax or requests from authorities). Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you, nor do we profile you.

Retention

We keep inquiry data while we handle it and, if no business relationship is formed, for up to twelve months after the last communication. If you engage our services, we keep your data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the limitation periods of the applicable legal obligations. The hosting provider's technical logs are kept for the short periods set by that provider.

Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Our technology providers access it as processors, only to the extent needed to provide their services to us: web hosting (Vercel Inc.), email (Google LLC) and web fonts (Google LLC). We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Zentro Consulting LLC is established in the United States, so your data is processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, transfers are covered by the mechanisms provided for by applicable law, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the transfer frameworks our providers participate in.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent given at any time, by writing to info@zentroconsulting.es from the address you used to contact us or by verifying your identity. We will respond within the legally required period.

If you believe we have not handled your rights properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). If you live in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights (for example, California), you may exercise them through the same channel.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to information.

Minors

The Site and our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, please write to us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal or Site changes. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.

3. Cookie policy

This Site uses a single first-party, technical cookie named lang. It is set only when you choose a language with the Site's language switcher and is used to show you that version on your next visits. It expires after 12 months, contains no personal data and is not used to identify or track you. As it is necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested, it is exempt from consent.

On your first visit, the Site also checks the language configured in your browser to show you the Spanish or English version. This check runs on your own device and stores nothing.

We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, which is why we do not display a consent banner. The only external service loaded is Google Fonts, which does not set cookies on your device.

If we add other cookies in the future (for example, to measure visits), we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting them. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; if you delete the lang cookie, the Site will detect your browser language again.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

We may modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that state, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your place of residence.
